We are so happy you have chosen Royal Treatment as your aesthetic partner! We ask that you please review these important guidelines prior to booking your appointment.

1/ Arrival & Intake Forms

The office is located on the business floor of the YC Condo residential tower building. Details and access will be communicated via text message and/or email after booking. Patients are seen by appointment only. Intake forms will be sent out via email and should be completed prior to booking.

2/ Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Appointment changes are permitted up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time and can be made online via the patient profile. Late cancellations and/or no-shows are subject to a missed appointment fee of $100 + HST.

3/ Preparing for your Treatment

Please prepare for your procedure by reviewing the following link. We strongly encourage follow-up appointments to review the treatment results. We want to make sure everything is looking and feeling great! The timing of the follow-up will be determined at your appointment, but is generally about two weeks later.

4/ Payment

Payment method: A credit card is required to book and hold your appointment time, but is only processed for late cancellation charges. A physical card (or Apple/Google pay) is required to process payment after the treatment. We have partnered with BEAUTIFI and are now offering quick and easy financing.
